2012 Southeastern Vitreoretinal Seminar (SEVR)

The 26th annual Southeastern Vitreoretinal Seminar will take place Friday, February 17, 2012, at Emory Eye Center in Atlanta, Georgia.

Don't miss this opportunity to meet and share information with other vitreoretinal specialists in an open, intellectually demanding, collaborative environment.  Participants are invited to bring case presentations on vitreoretinal surgery, retina diseases, medical retina treatments and other related topics.

CME Credits Conference attendees are awarded 7.5 CME hrs.

Tuition $250; includes all conference expenses, continental breakfast Friday, lunch on Friday; cocktails and dinner for attendees and their guests.

Registration Registration is required.  Please register by January 31, 2012. A faculty social will be held at 7:00 p.m., Friday, February 17, 2012. Please indicate on the registration form whether or not you will attend. If attending, please note how many guests including you will attend.

Cancellation Policy Minimum and maximum enrollments have been established, so register early. Written cancellations received prior to January 31, 2012 will be refunded less a $75 administrative fee. No refunds will be given after this date. Emory University reserves the right to cancel the program and return all fees. The liability of Emory University School of Medicine is limited to the course fee. Emory will not be responsible for any losses incurred by registrants, including, but not limited to, airline cancellation charges or hotel deposits.

Location The conference is located on the Emory University/Emory Healthcare campus: Emory Eye Center Calhoun Auditorium, Learning Resources Center, The Emory Clinic, Building B, T Level, 1365B Clifton Road, NE, Atlanta GA 30322.

Accommodations A block of rooms is available at the Emory Conference Center Hotel at a special group rate of $154 (ID#20006020736) and at the University Inn at Emory (ID#10006020735) at a rate of $76 based upon space and rate availability. Reservations should be made as soon as possible. The hotels are located adjacent to the Emory University campus, a few blocks from the seminar location.
