Dr. Bergstrom is a diplomate of the American Board of Ophthalmology. He is a member of the American Academy of Ophthalmology and the Association for Research in Vision and Ophthalmology.

His interests include ocular oncology, diabetic retinopathy, retinal detachments and age-related macular degeneration.
