I have been involved in all aspects of ophthalmology over the past 30 years. I have a special interest in ophthalmic photography and refractive surgery–especially how the cornea heals after surgery (both long- and short-term). I especially enjoy teaching our Master’s students to assist in ophthalmic medical care. Our students get to take advantage of the wide range of specialties here at the Eye Center, and they perform a research project in the specialty area of their choice as part of their thesis prior to graduation.
